Inspect Your Home

We recommend using a certified home inspector, but in hot markets where conditions can weaken your offer it would be wise to pre-inspect the home. When putting an offer on a home without an inspection condition it is wise to inspect the property as much as possible during your viewing – whether that’s with a certified home inspector, a handy friend, or even a knowledgeable family member. Make sure to get in those attics and crawl spaces if at all possible.
