Heather Toderick
A lifelong resident of Niagara, Heather grew up in Vineland, graduated from Sheridan College in Oakville and after making St. Catharines her home, spent the next 16 years as a Travel Consultant gaining valuable customer service, sales and administrative experience.
After leaving the Travel & Tourism Industry, Heather accepted a position as an Administrative Assistant for a successful Real Estate Team in Niagara. Over the years, Heather’s role and experience within the team expanded, leading her to fulfill her dream of becoming a Licensed Sales Representative in 2015.
Heather’s passion for people and attention to detail is evident as she guides her clients through the process of buying and selling their homes. Her dedication, excellent communication skills and high level of service are an asset to her clients and to our Brokerage!

Heather Toderick at Boldt has been amazing! She reached out to me around two years ago when I first started my home search. She set me up with a special online portal to have listings emailed to me that were in my budget range. She was always available for any questions I had, and we still kept in touch when listings were slower such as during the winter months. Eventually this summer I finally found my perfect home thanks to her! She even went above and beyond to make absolute sure that the building was pet friendly (one of my non negotiables) before suggesting that I go look at the unit.
