Candice Brennan
Candice moved to Niagara just over 17 years ago and has lived in various cities throughout the region. During this time, she has gained first-hand, expansive knowledge of the real estate market; experience that is invaluable when helping her clients purchase or sell real estate. Having been licensed for just over three years, she has discovered her passion for helping people find their perfect home and embracing the community in which they live.
Prior to earning her Real Estate license, Candice’s chosen career was in nursing. This career is the foundation of her strong beliefs in advocacy and education for her clients and she treats every transaction with care and compassion. When she is not helping people buy or sell homes, she can be found exploring hiking trails with her boys, tasting the locally made wines, farm-to-table foods, and enjoys attending the amazing festivals that the Niagara Region has to offer.
As a new member of the Impact Real Estate Advisors team, she is excited to assist any of the team’s clients with their real estate needs, as well as her own clientele, always providing both care and proficiency to one and all.
